What is nonyxa?
A daily check-in for people quitting nail biting. Once a day you photograph both hands, the app finds your ten fingertips, and you swipe each one clean or damaged. Honest days build a streak you can see. The whole ritual takes about a minute.
How do the two streaks work?
The clean streak counts days since you last logged a damaged fingertip; it resets when you log damage, and that's a reset, not a scolding. The check-in streak counts consecutive days you showed up and took your photo, whatever the verdict was. Showing up on a bad day still protects your check-in streak.
The app can't find my hands in the photo. What helps?
Lay both hands flat on a plain surface with your nails facing the camera, fingers slightly spread, and all ten fingertips in the frame. Even, indoor light works better than harsh shadows or backlight. If a photo still won't read, retake it; nothing is lost by trying again.
Who sees my hand photos?
You. Fingertip detection runs on your device, and your photos exist to power your own day-to-day comparison. We never publish them, sell them, or use them for advertising. If you want every photo we hold deleted, email support@nonyxa.com and it's done.
How do I delete my account and data?
In the app, open Settings and tap Delete account. That removes your account, your photos, and your streak history right away. If you've already deleted the app, email support@nonyxa.com from the address on your account with the subject "Delete my account" and we'll do it for you, confirming by reply once it's finished.
Found a bug, or have an idea?
